Goals

Only your current goals appear when you view your goals on a mobile device; completed goals will not appear in the list. You cannot add goals from your mobile device.

Viewing and Updating Goals

Mobile users can view and update goals but cannot add or delete goals. To add or delete goals, log in to the desktop version of Halogen TalentSpace.

1 Tap Goals.

2 Tap the goal you want to view.

3 (Optional) Update the goal as required.

Note: If you set the status of a goal to “complete,” it will disappear from your mobile list of goals.

Viewing and Adding Goal Notes

You can add and view goal notes, but you cannot edit or delete goal notes.

1 Tap Goals.

2 Tap the goal whose notes you want to view.

3 Tap Notes.

4 Do either of the following:

• To view a note, tap the note.

• To add a note, tap the plus icon, enter the note, and then tap the check mark icon.
