Generating Reports

You can generate various kinds of reports to on your data and processes.

Recommendation: For best performance, use the filters in the report to limit the amount of data retrieved for the report. Open the report using the Edit icon and filter before generating the reports is a way to get to the results more quickly.

1 Do one of the following:

• To view reports, click the View Reports shortcut on the Home page.

• To view Halogen Talent Acquisition reports, from the Main menu on the Home page click Recruiting, then Reports.

2 Do one of the following:

• Click the Open Report icon, configure options, then generate the report.

Note: If you apply filters or select new columns after you have generated the report, you must click Generate Report again to view your changes.
