Report Name
Description and Examples
Training
This report displays status information for learning activities (including training requests) that are mandatory and non-mandatory. In addition, you can show learning activities that don't have a status, which means learning activities where students have not enrolled. For example, you could use this report to find out which employees have not enrolled in mandatory compliance training so that you can ensure the learning is completed before the end of the year. In the details section, you can add the following columns to the report: Employee Status and who provided (Provider) the training.
To view the data in groups, you can group the chart and results grid by company, department, manager, and so on.
You also have several filtering options. For example, you can view learning activities:
for active or inactive employees
that have a status of final or archived
for the latest enrollment or for all but the latest enrollment
with a status of enrolled, completed, not completed, withdrawn, and so on
Certification
This report displays the certification status for employees. Specifically, you can use it to identify which certifications have expired, which certifications will expire in the near future, and so on.
In this report, as with all Halogen Learning reports, the report options are located at the top of the screen, and the report data appears below.
By default, only certifications with a status of “Final” are available for this report. However, if you select specific certifications for the report, there is also an option to include archived certifications. You can view up to 50 certifications in the report. Inactive employees will appear in the report.
