Compensation Adjustment

The Compensation Adjustment Report displays all participants in a process. It also displays recommended and actual increases for Base Salary details, Variable Pay, Bonus and Stocks options (when applicable). In addition, a tally of the average percentage increase, total payout and totals for new salaries are shown as data becomes available.

Compensation Process Status

The Compensation Process Status Report provides you with budget information, a list of your compensation steps, and the status of each step. If you are a manager with direct reports, you have access to their step status. As steps in the process are completed, data for these steps becomes available.

Note: If your administrator has configured the multi-currency feature, all dollar amounts are displayed in the base currency.
