About Talent View

Talent View gives you two options for finding employees and viewing the structure of your organization:

• The chart view is a graphical representation of your organization’s structure, which lets you zoom in and out, see an employee’s relationship to others, and access information about each employee. If you are a manager or have the appropriate privileges, you can also highlight employees who report to you against specific criteria, such as employees whose goals may be at risk.

• The list view is an alphabetical listing of the employees in your organization, which you can search and filter. The list also lets you view employee talent and profile information.

Note: Your TalentSpace administrator may have chosen not to show Talent View or may have chosen to only show the List view. Only active employees appear in the Talent View.

1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

2 Do one of the following

• To see the chart view, click the Chart View icon.

• To see the list view, click the List View icon.

Tip: You can click on the profile of a colleague and then click the Talent View icon to see where they are in the organization.
