About the Chart and List Views
Chart View
The chart view shows a graphical organization chart of employees in your organization. Clicking an employee’s card in the chart lets you access data in the user’s profile, such as contact and talent information.
In the chart view, you can zoom in and out, expand branches, search for employees, view your own information, and view all the employees in your organization. This lets you see any employee’s relationship to others in the organization. For example, you can see their direct manager, their direct reports, and their role in the organization. You can also view employee talent information and contact the employee.
The chart view displays each employee as a card that includes their name and a graphic. In addition, each card has detailed information about the employee that appears in a panel on the right.
List View
The List view is an employee directory. You can search the employee directory by names or by any public information in the employee profile data. From the results of the search, you can access the mini-view or the full view of the employee profiles matching your search.
