Highlighting Employees
Managers or users with the appropriate privileges can use the chart view to highlight employees who report to them against specific criteria. For example, a manager could highlight employees who have goals that are at risk. Cards are highlighted with a yellow bar.
The following are the different views of the chart that you can focus on:
Goals
Appraisals
Feedback
Compensation
Succession
Note: To see the Succession view, you must have a role of Succession Manager.
To See the Default View:
1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

2 Click the Chart View icon.

3 Next to the List View button, click General.
To See Goals at Risk or Goals Not Linked to Organizational Goals:
1 Click Talent View.
2 Click the Chart View icon.

3 Next to the List View button, click Goals.
4 Click Highlight and select an option.
Any employees that meet the criteria are highlighted with a yellow bar on top of the card.
Tip: To remove the highlighting, click the Remove icon beside the name of the highlight at the top. You remain in the Goals view.

To See Employees Who are in the Top or Bottom Percent Based on Their Last Appraisal:
1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

3 Next to the List View button, click Appraisals.
4 Click Highlight and select an option.
Any employees that meet the criteria are highlighted with a yellow bar on top of the card.
Tip: To remove the highlighting, click the Remove Highlight icon beside the name of the highlight at the top. You remain in the Appraisal view.

To See Employees Who Have Not Sent Feedback or Ones Who Have Not Received Feedback:
1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

3 Next to the List View button, click Feedback.
4 Click Highlight and select an option.
Any employees that meet the criteria are highlighted with a yellow bar on top of the card.
Tip: To remove the highlighting, click the Remove Highlight icon beside the name of the highlight at the top. You remain in the Feedback view.

To See Employees Who Are Above or Below a Percentage in Their Salary Range:
1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

4 Click Highlight and select an option.
Any employees that meet the criteria are highlighted with a yellow bar on top of the card.
Tip: To remove the highlighting, click the Remove Highlight icon beside the name of the highlight at the top. You remain in the Compensation view.

To See Employees Whose Successors Are Weak or Do Not Exist or To See Employees Who Are at Risk of Leaving the Organization:
1 On the Home page, click the Talent View icon in the Connections tile.

3 Next to the List View button, click Succession.
4 Click Highlight and select an option.
Any employees that meet the criteria are highlighted with a yellow bar on top of the card.
Tip: To remove the highlighting, click the Remove Highlight icon beside the name of the highlight at the top. You remain in the Succession view.
