Viewing the Job Description Library at Your Organization

You can view and search the library of job descriptions at your organization by title, ID or other filter criteria. The library houses all non-archived job descriptions that are published for use within your organization.

1 From the Main menu on the Home page, click Job Description Library, and then enter the title or ID in the search box.

2 Click Search.

Tips:

• Click Advanced Search to filter by job category, dates, and so on.

• Click Show All to view all job descriptions in the repository.
