About the Home Page as a Manager

The Home page you see as a manager allows you to do everything described in Working with Halogen TalentSpace. In addition, you can:

• view details about your employees (direct reports)

• view details about your direct reports and their employees (down the chain of command)

• set up a secondary manager (for example, if an employee reports to more than one manager)
