About Printing as PDF

You can print a form as PDF by choosing the option to print to PDF from the Print dialog. Note that each browser is different.

• Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox do not have a feature to print to PDF, but there are many third-party tools that allow you to print to PDF.

• Google Chrome has a feature to print to PDF.

In addition, you must turn on the option to print background colors and images and ensure the headers and footers are set up properly. Once the following options are set, they are remembered the next time you print.

• In Internet Explorer, click Settings > Print > Page Setup. Select the Print Background Colors and Images check box. From the Header and Footer lists, select -Empty-. Click OK.

• In Google Chrome, click the menu in the top-right corner and then click Print. Click More settings. Ensure the Headers and footers check box is cleared. Select the Background graphics check box.

• In Mozilla Firefox, click the menu in the top-right corner and then click Print. Click Page Setup and select the Print Background (colors & images) check box. Click the Margins & Header/Footer tab. Select --blank-- from all lists. Click OK.
