Activating the Halogen Feedback Central Plug-in

If your organization is using the Halogen Feedback Central plug-in for Microsoft Outlook, each employee must obtain an activation code from Halogen TalentSpace and then activate it. This process sets up the authentication and information sharing between Microsoft Outlook and Halogen TalentSpace.

Obtain an Activation Code

1 Log in to Halogen TalentSpace.

2 From the Profile menu on the Home page, click App Activation, and then click Feedback Central Outlook Plug-in.

A message appears indicating a code has been emailed to you.

3 Click OK.

Activate the Halogen Feedback Central Plug-in

An email will be sent to you containing an activation code for the plug-in.

1 Start Microsoft Outlook.

Note: If Windows asks if you want to install the Halogen Feedback Central plug-in now, click OK.

2 Copy the activation code from the activation email.

3 Click Halogen Feedback Central in Outlook.

4 Enter your email address and paste your activation code in the applicable boxes.

5 Click Verify.

6 Click Authorize.

7 Close the authorization window.
