TalentSpace Learning Overview

There are two modules that TalentSpace offers for learning management:

TalentSpace Learning is web-based module melds new thinking in employee performance management with proven best practices in learning management, giving you the power to deliver training and development programs that truly impact your organization’s bottom line. It is simple to use and lets you quickly and easily see a return on your training investments.

By integrating learning and performance management, you can improve business performance, achieve corporate alignment, build employee engagement, and realize the value of training and development initiatives.

The Learning Management System makes it easy to develop and maintain course catalogs and programs, select and register employees, review attendance of courses, and certify completion of learning activities.

TalentSpace Learning Starter Edition is a module that contains a subset of the features found in TalentSpace Learning.

Depending on what your organization licensed, you may have content from the partnership between TalentSpace and Development Dimensions International (DDI). The DDI license provides high quality, valuable talent management content that includes learning resources in the form of suggested readings, case studies, as well as SCORM-compliant online learning content that are mapped to DDI competencies. To add additional content, the TalentSpace Learning Starter Edition can be upgraded to a full version of TalentSpace Learning while retaining all records of training through the DDI Learning Library. This license provides access to a full catalog of online courses created by DDI and designed to drive behavior change and improve specific competencies.
