Viewing a New Hire in the User Center
You may want to view a user in the User Center to ensure that you are modifying the data for the correct rehire or transfer. For a completely new hire, you may want to see that the information for the new hire has been transferred as required or look at a specific field.
Notes:
• You can only view a new hire in the User Center after you complete the hire. See
Adding Details for a New Hire and Completing the Hire.
• This feature is not available if you process new hires through your HRIS.
1 From the Main menu on the Home page, click New Hires.
2 Under the Details column, click the name of the new hire.
3 Review the information in the User Center.
4 Close the User Center window using the Close button.
