Viewing Connections
The Connections tile gives you quick access to others in your organization.
Your team includes colleagues who also report to the same manager as you. If you are a manager, it shows your direct reports as well. If you don’t have any colleagues who report to the same manager or any direct reports, you will not see any connections in this tile.
You can:
• search for a colleague
• view a colleague’s mini profile
• browse Talent View to see your company’s organizational structure (see
Using Talent View)
Notes:
• Your TalentSpace administrator may have chosen not to show Talent View or may have chosen to only show the List view. Only active employees appear in the Talent View.
• The Connections tile shows up to 15 colleagues. If you have more than 15 colleagues, click the button at the bottom of the tile to see all team members.
Explore Your Organization Using Talent View
Talent View gives you two ways of viewing information about employees in your organization. In Talent View, you can view employee information in a chart or a list. Both views give you tools to find detailed information about employees. In the chart view, you can view the structure of your organization. In the list view, you can filter the employee list by job title, location, and other criteria.
