This section describes Talent View, which gives you two ways of viewing information about employees in your organization. In Talent View, you can view employee information in a chart or a list.

Both views give you tools to find detailed information about employees. In the chart view, you can view the structure of your organization. In the list view, you can filter the employee list by job title, location, and other criteria.
