Viewing Your Employees
In the My Employees area, management (managers, HR Reps, and coaches) can access employee records of employees you manage.
If you are responsible for many employees, you can search the list of employees and you can filter it. For example, you can filter the list to display employee record information for your direct reports only or for all reports in your chain of command.
The My Employees page also identifies your employees’ direct reports, and it also identifies any secondary managers assigned. View Your Employees
Do one of the following:
Click the View My Employees shortcut.
From the Main menu on the Home page click My Employees.
View Your Employee’s Direct Reports or Representees
As a manager, you may want to view employee records further down your chain of command. For example, if you supervise other managers who have their own direct reports, you can view the goals, development plans, and so on, of your employee’s direct reports.
To view your employee’s direct reports or representees, from the Main menu on the Home page click My Employees, and then click either the Direct Reports or Representees icon.
